Turn up the flavor with these award-winning Kajani Roots Jerk Wings. Marinated overnight in bold jerk seasoning and saucy tropical heat, every bite delivers smoky spice balanced with sweet mango-pineapple notes. Baked to perfection — and optionally finished with a quick fry for that irresistible crispy edge — these wings are juicy, tender, and bursting with Caribbean flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 tbsp. Kajani Roots Jerk Seasoning
- 2 cups Kajani Roots Jerk BBQ Sauce or Tropical Mango Sauce
- 2 pounds of 1st and 2nd joint party wings (Wash and Clean)
- 1- Banking Pan 12.7" X 8.9’ X 2" (Recommended)
- 2 tbsp. Oil
Directions:
- In the bowl, add 2 pounds of chicken wings
- Add 1/2 cup of oil, Jerk seasoning, Jerk BBQ Sauce, or Sweet Tropical Sauce in the bowl or both
- Mix all together and let sit overnight or refrigerate for an hour or so
- Grease the baking pan with oil
- Add the seasoned wings to a baking pan, leaving space between each wing
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees for electric or 400 degrees for gas
- Once heated, place in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes on the bake setting
- Turn the chicken over and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before removing it to a serving platter.
Ingredients:
- 2 qt Stainless Steel Saucepan
- 1 to 1.5 quarts of oil
- ½ cup - 1 cup of Kajani Roots Jerk BBQ Sauce, Sweet Tropical Sauce, or Creamy Coconut Sauce
Directions:
- In a pot with oil, turn the stove to medium to high heat
- Let the oil heat for a minute until it is hot
- Add 3 to 4 wings to the pan and cook for 10 to 20 seconds, or until crispy
- Repeat this step until all wings are cooked. (internal temp 165°F)
- Let wings cool on a paper towel for 1-2 min. before serving
- (Optional) Use Kajani Roots Jerk BBQ sauce, Sweet Tropical Sauce, or Creamy Coconut Sauce to toss the wings until coated, or use them as dipping sauces.
