Ingredients:
- 8–10 oz penne pasta (or pasta of choice)
- Full jar or 10oz Kajani Roots Creamy Coconut Sauce
- 5 to 6 cups of water
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. Salt & pepper to taste (optional for added flavor)
- 2 tbsp. Brown sugar (optional for added flavor)
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Bring a pot of 5 to 5 cups of water to a boil
- Add 1 tbsp. oil
- Cook pasta ( Al dente ) or according to package instructions
- Drain water and set aside while still hot
- In the pasta pot, add Kajani Roots Creamy Coconut Sauce and stir for a minute (mixing all the flavors together)
- Add the cooked pasta and sauce to a bowl together until evenly coated in the creamy sauce
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy that rich, creamy Caribbean flavor
