Creamy Rasta Pasta

Turn up the comfort with our signature Creamy Rasta Pasta, crafted with Kajani Roots’ rich coconut sauce. This vibrant dish blends perfectly cooked pasta with a smooth, creamy coconut sauce infused with island herbs, our jerk BBQ sauce, and a hint of sweetness. Colorful peppers and bold seasonings bring it to life, while every bite delivers a creamy, savory balance that’s both soulful and satisfying. It’s a true taste of the Caribbean — warm, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Ingredients:

  • 8–10 oz penne pasta (or pasta of choice)
  • Full jar or 10oz Kajani Roots Creamy Coconut Sauce
  • 5 to 6 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp.  Salt & pepper to taste (optional for added flavor)
  • 2 tbsp. Brown sugar (optional for added flavor)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of  5 to 5 cups of water to a boil
  2. Add 1 tbsp. oil
  3. Cook pasta ( Al dente ) or according to package instructions
  4. Drain water and set aside while still hot
  5. In the pasta pot, add Kajani Roots Creamy Coconut Sauce and stir for a minute (mixing all the flavors together)
  6. Add the cooked pasta and sauce to a bowl together until evenly coated in the creamy sauce
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy that rich, creamy Caribbean flavor
