Ingredients:

2.5 tbsp. Kajani Roots Jerk Seasoning Blend

1/2 cup Oil

1 pound of 80/20 Ground Beef (Makes 3 patties)

1- Frying Pan/Skillet

Hamburger Buns

American Sliced Cheese
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add 1 pound of ground beef and 1/4 cup of oil

Add the jerk Seasoning Blend

Mix the ground beef and seasoning together

Divide the beef into equal-sized patties (1/3-inch thick)

Heat the pans or skillet on medium and high heat for 1 minute

Add 1/4 cup of oil, spreading it all over the skillet

Add the beef patties to one side and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until charred

Carefully flip the patties over and continue cooking for 2 to 3 more minutes or until charred (internal temp 165°F)

Add a slice of cheese
Sweet Tropical Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- Mixing bowl
- 12oz Coleslaw Mix
- 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Kajani Roots Sweet Tropical Sauce
Directions:
- In a bowl, add the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and Kajani Roots Sweet Tropical Sauce
- Mixed all together
- Add the coleslaw on top of the cheeseburger meat
- Serve the burgers with the hamburger bun immediately.
